PV PIPE has captured market demand and is determined to diversify products, expand the market in the field of processing, manufacturing, aiming at projects to develop wind power and steel structures for specialized export projects to the US and Europe markets.
With the advantage of a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel, a quality management system that meets international standards, and being awarded ISO 9001, API Q1, API 5L, and API 2B certificates by the API organization, along with a passionate and proactive spirit, within just 6 months of implementing upgrades, improving production lines, enhancing the quality management system, and training personnel according to market demands, PV PIPE has secured contracts for manufacturing and processing large-sized structural steel pipes.
In the past year, PV PIPE has achieved significant accomplishments, demonstrating the company's proper development. A notable achievement is obtaining the ISO 3834-2 certification on quality management of welding, a crucial requirement for participating in bidding for wind structure and steel structure projects exported to the European market.
Additionally, PV PIPE has also produced and supplied 2,700 tons of API 2B structural steel pipes for a domestic new drilling rig project; manufactured, processed 10,000 tons of structural steel pipes for project CHW2204. PV PIPE's products are highly praised for quality and progress by customers, which is a source of encouragement and pride for the entire leadership and workforce at PV PIPE.
The image of the workers striving and making efforts to complete the final stages in order to deliver quality products to customers regardless of day and night is a commitment to the spirit and professional working attitude of PV PIPE.
Sometimes the factory has to organize to work 2 or 3 shifts to meet the project schedule. However, PV PIPE workers are never hesitant, they are always enthusiastic about participating in production work and ensuring safety. The welding engineer in charge of shift 3, Mr. Ngo Thanh Nam, shared: "Our workers just hope that the company has plenty of work to do, stable jobs. Even working shift 3, we are always ready and committed to achieving the safety, quality, and progress goals of every project."
Mr. Le Hong Hai, Director of PV PIPE, shared: "The most valuable asset of PV PIPE is its labor force - enthusiastic, creative, diligent, daring, and cohesive individuals. This has helped PV PIPE overcome difficulties and develop more sustainably".
When taking over as the Director of PV PIPE at the end of 2022 - the most difficult time for the company, Mr. Le Hong Hai determined that the only way to overcome it is to boldly innovate, diversify products, expand the market, and create regular employment for laborers.
After more than a year of relentless efforts, from unstable employment to having to work in shifts, PV PIPE workers have had to operate machinery and equipment at full capacity to meet the progress of projects.
In order to maintain stable employment sources, PV PIPE has boldly accepted subcontracting to process, manufacture complex and high-precision steel structures and equipment for export to the European market and other developed countries.
With the spirit of unity, creativity, and readiness to implement ideas, PV PIPE has started to achieve the goal of product diversification and market expansion.
