Attending and directing the Conference on the part of Vietnam Gas Corporation - Joint Stock Company (PV GAS) was Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khang, Deputy General Director of the Group, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation. company, Mr. Phan Quoc Nghia - Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Do Dong Nguyen - Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung - Deputy General Director of the Corporation and the representatives of the Party Committee Office, Supervisory Board, specialized committees, Trade Union, Youth Union and direct units belongs to a member unit of Vietnam Gas Corporation.

At the Conference, Mr. Tran Dang Thuyet - Director of the Company approved the report summarizing production and business activities in 2018 and the direction, tasks, and plans for 2019 of PV PIPE, at the same time analyzed difficulties and presented recommendations and proposals to the Corporation's leaders.

The report said that in 2018, the company encountered difficulties in ensuring plan proposed when oil and gas projects continue to stop and delay progress. However, it is positive to mention that PV PIPE has made efforts to expand foreign markets and gradually affirmed its brand reputation. 2018 marked a major turning point when PV PIPE signed 02 export contracts of 700 tons of API steel pipes to the US market and is currently continuing to negotiate 01 more contract to export 500 tons of pipes to this market. In 2018, PVPIPE also successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Husteel Company, one of the largest electric resistance welded steel pipe manufacturers in Korea, promising to bring many positive cooperation opportunities in the future. Mr. Tran Dang Thuyet emphasized that 2019 will bring more prosperity to the Company when the Nam Con Son 2 - Phase 2 project will officially start, ensuring jobs for all employees.

Also at the Conference, Mr. Thieu Van Tam - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union reported on the implementation of the collective labor agreement, labor regulations, safety and labor hygiene. The implementation of democratic regulations, dialogue at the enterprise and the results of resolving the recommendations of the employee collective after the dialogue;

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung - Deputy General Director of PV GAS acknowledged and appreciated PV PIPE's efforts in implementing the 2018 production and business plan.
