PetroVietnam Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company (PV PIPE) is a member unit of PetroVietnam Gas (PV GAS) under the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. Founded in 2010, PV PIPE operates the Petroleum Steel Pipe Manufacturing Plant at the Soai Rap Oil & Gas Service Industrial Park in Tien Giang Province, with a designed capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year per shift.
It is the first large-scale, modern factory in Vietnam producing longitudinally welded steel pipes on a 3-Roll Bending production line, meeting the latest API 5L and API 2B standards for the oil & gas industry. PV PIPE's founding positions it both as a flagship company of PV GAS and as a key player in Vietnam's national mechanical engineering industry.
In addition to API 5L and API 2B gas pipeline and structural pipes, PV PIPE also manufactures pile pipes, water pipes, and other structural pipes to JIS, ASTM, BS EN, AWWA, and other standards.

PetroVietnam Steel Pipe (PV PIPE) was founded and launched its petroleum steel pipe product line into the market. PV PIPE became a trusted brand, operating Vietnam's first — and Southeast Asia's largest — steel pipe manufacturing plant.
