PV PIPE regards corporate culture as a core priority. It has become a source of strength that helps the Company draw on its collective capabilities, build internal capacity, improve productivity, achieve its objectives and develop sustainably.
In 2023, Petrovietnam Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company (PV PIPE) implemented many practical and meaningful corporate culture activities in line with the direction of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) and Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS).
PV PIPE explained the role of corporate culture and the responsibilities of each employee at events including its 2023 business planning meeting and Employees’ Conference. Corporate culture was incorporated into induction training to help new employees settle into the workplace. The Company also adopted Petrovietnam’s new branding. Its occupational safety and hygiene team regularly reminded employees to organise their workstations in a friendly, convenient and systematic way under the 5S model, improving both efficiency and the image of oil and gas industry employees.
To communicate corporate values widely and effectively within the Company, PV PIPE diversified its communication channels, including its website, television screens and social media.
PV PIPE also promoted production improvement campaigns and activities on patriotic traditions and national defence. It recognised employees with outstanding business and production achievements, visited families honoured for their contributions to the country, supported employees facing hardship, and assisted disadvantaged communities and people in mountainous areas.

In 2024, PV PIPE continued the activities that had proved effective in 2023, including communicating corporate culture through employee organisation meetings, sport, the arts and gratitude activities. Corporate culture became a mandatory part of induction training. Films, songs, logos and posters were used to promote the PV GAS and PV PIPE brands and their values. The Company continued applying 5S to keep workstations friendly, modern and well organised, and participated in corporate culture events organised by PV GAS and Petrovietnam. To strengthen leadership accountability and encourage employees to work enthusiastically and propose improvements, PV PIPE planned to incorporate corporate culture criteria into KPIs and annual performance and recognition assessments for managers, individuals and teams.
With creativity and sustained effort, PV PIPE is confident that it can continue developing a stronger and more distinctive corporate culture.
