November 26, 2024,Petrovietnam Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company (PV PIPE)organizedEmployees’ Conference 2024with the purpose of summarizing production and business activities over the past year and implementing plans for 2025.

Attending and directing the conference, on the leadership side of Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS), there was the presence of Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Ngoc - Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Do Dong Nguyen - Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Truong Hong Son - Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hao - Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Huynh Quang Hai - Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Cong Luan - Deputy General Director of PV GAS, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PV PIPE; Mr. Le Phuoc Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, along with leaders of professional departments and units under PV GAS.

On PV PIPE's side, the conference executive delegation included Mr. Le Hong Hai - Member of the Board of Directors, Director of the Company; Mr. Le Quyet Thang - Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Trade Union and 70 delegates representing 231 officers and employees (employees) of the Company.

In his report at the conference, Mr. Le Hong Hai, Director of PV PIPE, affirmed that 2024 is a year full of efforts and success. Timely support from PV GAS has helped PV PIPE not only overcome difficulties but also improve production capacity and ensure the lives of employees. Revenue is estimated at 381.23 billion VND, exceeding 126% of the plan, while production output reached 24,506 tons, completing 100% of the target. These results not only help PV PIPE reduce losses but also achieve positive EBITDA targets, with strong growth compared to the previous year.

PV PIPE also maintains product quality that meets international standards and constantly improves and expands its product portfolio such as steel pipes, steel structures and pressure tanks, thereby expanding the market and reaching many potential customers. The company continues to perfect its quality, environmental and safety management system according to ISO and API standards, to meet the strict requirements of the international market.

During the ceremony, the Director awarded awards and sent congratulations to 30 outstanding individuals and 03 groups; the factory collective, the Quality Technical Department collective and the TMKH-DKD department collective. He emphasized that these achievements are a clear testament to the dedicated and creative working spirit of individuals and groups, but also a motivation for the entire Company to strive further, towards the goal of building a professional and effective working environment. He pledges to continue creating the best conditions for people to develop and contribute.

Entering 2025, PV PIPE sets a production target of 44,728 tons, with an expected profit of 42.11 billion VND. This is an ambitious goal, requiring continuous efforts from all employees, especially in a challenging market context. Mr. Huynh Quang Hai, Deputy General Director of PV GAS, emphasized the 4 key tasks that need to be completed, which is the importance of project implementation.Lot B – O Mon, effective financial management, new customer development and business restructuring.

Mr. Huynh Quang Hai called on PV PIPE employees to continue promoting the spirit of innovation, creativity and focusing all resources to complete the mission. He especially emphasized the importance of preparing human resources and production lines for key national energy projects.

Representing employees, Mr. Le Hong Hai expressed his gratitude and commitment to implementing instructions from PV GAS leaders. He affirmed that all PV PIPE employees will make continuous efforts to achieve new milestones, affirming PV PIPE's position in the domestic and foreign markets.
