1/    Human Resources - Administration Specialist: 02 Specialists

Job requirements and description:

• A degree from a full-time university programme, majoring in Human Resource Management, Labour and Wage Management, Administration, and Law. Good health, attention to detail and enthusiasm for the work.
• Participate in building and managing human resource plans, recruiting, training, signing/terminating labor contracts and annual performance recognition and awards.
• Perform tasks related to Administration and event organization.
• Have knowledge of ISO and OHSAS systems.
• Preference is given to candidates from the local area or neighbouring provinces.
• Good communication in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, AutoCAD...;

2/    Benefits and working conditions
