Job description:

• Prepare documents and contracts for necessary procurement and bidding activities according to regulations; 
• Coordinate with relevant departments of the Company to carry out goods delivery, monitoring, and settlement of input economic contracts;
• Monitor and update purchasing history, plan the procurement of raw materials for production and services according to the needs of the Company;
• Apply, maintain and improve the quality management system according to the requirements of API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001; Environmental health and safety management system;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• A degree from a full-time university programme majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Law, Engineering or related majors. Good health, initiative and enthusiasm for the work.
• Understanding the activities of buying and selling goods and bidding is an advantage.
• Have skills in planning, presentation, negotiation and communication.
• Ability to read, write and communicate basically in English.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience > 02 years in the field of Business and Commerce
