On August 2, 2024, the PetroVietnam Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company (PV PIPE) successfully organized a written consultation of the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the dismissal and additional election of members of the Board of Directors (BOD). The meeting was attended by 07 shareholder representatives, representing 03 shareholders holding a total of 183,850,000 shares, corresponding to 100% of the company\u2019s charter capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the meeting, PV PIPE shareholders approved the dismissal of BOD member Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n Anh Tu\u1ea5n, as he was assigned a new task by the PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a voting approval rate of 99.997% from the participating shareholders, Mr. Mai Xu\u00e2n Ba was elected as a member of the BOD of PV PIPE. On the same day, the Company\u2019s BOD held a meeting and passed Resolution No. 88\/NQ-H\u0110QT regarding the election of Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n C\u00f4ng Lu\u1eadn, a BOD member, as Chairman of the BOD of PV PIPE, replacing Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n Anh Tu\u1ea5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n C\u00f4ng Lu\u1eadn, born in 1980, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience working at PV GAS in the finance and accounting sector and currently serves as Deputy General Director of PV GAS.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
